1. تعريف التطبيق

تطبيق بوسطجي هو منصة ذكية تفاعلية تهدف إلى تيسير وحل المشاكل اللوجستية وتوصيل الطلبات للأفراد والمحلات التجارية والشركات بشكل منظم وسريع.
Postajji application is an interactive smart platform aiming to facilitate and solve logistic problems and deliver orders for individuals, shops, and companies systematically and rapidly.

نستهدف المستهلكين الأفراد طالبي خدمات التوصيل والمشترين، ومندوبي التوصيل المستقلين، بالإضافة إلى المحال والشركات التجارية الراغبة في شحن منتجاتها.
We target individual consumers requesting delivery services, buyers, independent delivery couriers, as well as retail stores and commercial companies looking to ship their products.
3. سياسة القاصرين
3. Minors Policy
يجب ألا يقل عمر المستخدمين عن 18 عاماً لإنشاء حساب أو طلب خدمات بشكل مستقل. يحظر استخدام التطبيق للقصر دون إشراف وتفويض مباشر من الوالدين أو الأوصياء القانونيين.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or request services independently. Use of the app by minors without direct supervision and authorization of parents or legal guardians is prohibited.
4. معلومات الهوية الشخصية

نقوم بجمع بيانات الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني للتحقق من هوية الأطراف وضمان موثوقية العمليات وتسهيل التواصل بين العميل ومندوب التوصيل.
We collect full name, phone number, and email data to verify identity, ensure transaction reliability, and facilitate communication between the customer and the courier.
5. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (GPS)

يتطلب التطبيق جمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق للمستخدم لتحديد مكان الاستلام والتسليم على الخريطة وتتبع حركة المندوب أثناء توصيل الشحنة لضمان الدقة والسرعة.
The app requires gathering accurate GPS location data of the user to determine pickup and delivery points on the map and track the courier's movement during delivery to ensure speed and accuracy.
6. حماية البيانات ومشاركتها

نلتزم بأعلى معايير التشفير والأمان لحفظ بياناتك. لا يتم مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث باستثناء معلومات الاتصال والموقع الموجهة للمندوبين واللازمة لإكمال المهام، أو امتثالاً للقوانين الرسمية.
We commit to the highest encryption and security standards to preserve your data. Your personal data is not shared with any third party except for contact info and location provided to couriers to complete tasks, or in compliance with official laws.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات المقدمة من بوسطجي. يمثل استخدامك للمنصة موافقة صريحة على الالتزام القانوني بهذه الأحكام وبخلاف ذلك لا يحق لك الوصول للموقع.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the application and services provided by Postajji. Your use of the platform represents explicit consent to be bound by these provisions; otherwise, you may not access the site.
2. الخدمات والتوصيل
2. Services & Delivery
الخدمات المتاحة هي منصة إلكترونية للربط بين طالبي خدمات الشحن ومقدمي الخدمة. لا تتحمل بوسطجي المسؤولية المباشرة عن أي سلوك أو تقصير من المندوبين إلا في حدود ما ينظمه القانون والقواعد العامة للتطبيق.
The available services constitute an electronic platform for linking shipping requesters with service providers. Postajji is not directly responsible for any courier behavior or negligence except within the limits governed by law and general application rules.
3. الترخيص والقيود
3. License & Restrictions
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً وغير قابل للتنازل لاستخدام المنصة على جهازك الخاص. لا يجوز لك تعديل الكود، إعادة توزيعه، تفكيكه، أو استخدام العلامة التجارية لبوسطجي بشكل غير مصرح به.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the platform on your own device. You may not modify the code, redistribute it, decompile it, or use Postajji's trademark in an unauthorized manner.
4. حسابات المستخدمين
4. User Accounts
تلتزم بتقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة وتتحمل وحدك السرية والمسؤولية الكاملة عن الأنشطة والطلبات المسجلة من خلال حسابك الخاص على بوسطجي.
You commit to providing accurate and updated information and assume full and sole responsibility for activities and orders placed through your personal account on Postajji.
5. سياسات الدفع والإلغاء والإكراميات
5. Payment, Cancellation & Gratuities
تُحدد أسعار التوصيل والخدمات بوضوح داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد الطلب. يحق للمستخدم إلغاء الطلب دون رسوم طالما لم يتم قبول المهمة من المندوب. تقديم الإكراميات للمناديب هو أمر اختياري بالكامل ويعود لتقدير العميل.
Delivery fees and service rates are clearly defined in the app before order confirmation. Users can cancel orders without fees as long as the task has not been accepted by a courier. Offering gratuities to couriers is entirely voluntary and is at the customer's discretion.
6. رسوم الإصلاح والتخريب
6. Repair & Damage Fees
يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية المالية وتكلفة إصلاح أو تنظيف الأضرار الجسيمة التي تلحق بمركبة المندوب أو معداته إذا ثبت تسبب المستخدم بها نتيجة إهمال أو سوء استخدام أثناء عملية الشحن.
The user assumes financial responsibility and cost of repairing or cleaning major damages caused to the courier's vehicle or equipment if proven to be caused by user negligence or misuse during the shipping process.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية والتحكيم
7. Disclaimer & Arbitration
يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات مطلقة. تخضع النزاعات لقوانين الجمهورية العربية السورية، ويتم حل أي خلاف عن طريق الهيئات التحكيمية المختصة بمدينة دمشق ودياً.
The service is provided "as is" without absolute warranties. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and any dispute will be resolved amicably through the competent arbitration bodies in Damascus.
